How long do these oat bars stay good for?

If you don't want to eat the bar straight away, it's best to store it in a cool, dry place. It will keep for at least ten months in the unopened original packaging.

Does this oat bar with lemon contain sugar?

We do not use granulated/industrial sugar to make the bar. The sweetness comes from agave syrup and dried sour cherries, which naturally contain sugar.
